5. Detailed Description Page
Unlimited number of photos and descriptions.

6. Photo Gallery Page
Includes up to 30 large pictures of the property with unlimited descriptions for each photo.

7. Amenities Page
Includes one photo and unlimited text for the list of property amenities and additional descriptions.

8. Guestbook Page
Includes one photo and unlimited number of owner-entered guestbook notes.

9. Rates Page
Includes one photo and unlimited text that outlines pricing, cancellation policy, check-in and check-out time, any restrictions (like pets, smoking), etc.

10. Availability Calendar Page
Includes the view of several calendar months and ability to jump from month to month. Reserved dates are shown in different color. Also includes unlimited text that may outline booking policies and procedures.

Calendar page also allows owners to update reservations and track all past and future rentals, including such information as renters' contact information, number of people in the party, arrival and departure dates, amount charged, comments, etc.

Includes one photo and can hold up to 30 documents that can be downloaded by users. Documents can be text or graphic files (such as Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) and may contain any type of information. For example:

Includes three photos with notes and unlimited text. Special Feature Page offers renters an opportunity to dedicate a separate page to highlight some special characteristic of their rental property. For example, if your house is children-friendly or has a sauna or special home theater equipment, or your apartment is in a historical building or your ocean view is so magnificent... All of this could be included in other pages of the website, like home or details, however, having a separate page dedicated to one specific feature of your property is a more effective way of stressing something that might motivate your potential tenants.

2. Send to Friend Page
Offers users an opportunity to send an email to anyone they know who might be interested in this rental property. The email sent via this page will contain two pictures of the property, property's URL and the user's custom message.
